It is quite possible that 1. This whole Oppo is ending nonsense is made up, 2. No one really knows how any of this works and they just leave it running like a Windows XP machine.

you’re forgetting when they switched to the new Kinja that old Oppo was accessible for something like 3 months. i did a lot of shitposting in old oppo after the changeover.
